Adilyn 7 months+

Here is a pic from February (goes to show how delayed I am in getting this up on the blog) when Kristin and Grace where in town. We had a fabulous time celebrating my bday with some wine, thai food, and yummy pumpkin cheesecake dessert.

Below are a couple pics taken around Easter. Adilyn is over 7 months now and is more curious than ever. She is reaching for everything she can get her hands on these days and I call it the "radius of disaster" because that is the natural consequence if I don't pay close attention. I'm really enjoying this phase now--she smiles often and giggles when we play peek-a-boo and kiss her neck, she enjoys having me pull her to a standing position and balancing on the coffee table, sits in my lap while I read books and pays close attention to the shapes and colors, AND she's not quite mobile yet. I can tell that she is frustrated that she can't move like she wants to, so I don't think it will be long before she starts crawling so we need to be thinking about baby proofing our house soon :)
