Learning to be parents

Here are some long awaited pics of the little Dunbar family. These pics were taken last week in the mountains. My mom was able to get a condo for a week and we enjoyed seven beautiful days with the tranquil fall weather and took advantage of readily available babysitting to catch up on much needed sleep. Tim and I are looking forward to the day when she surprises us and sleeps a good 6-7 hours one night :) Our little girl has grown a whole whopping 3 1/2 pounds since she was born and is now in newborn outfits, which makes me pretty excited! We feel so blessed that is she is thriving.

One another note, Tim is moving forward with planning the new Sunday morning service/church plant and we have several couples that have expressed interest to start meeting for the first time on November 4th. We ask for prayers that the Holy Spirit will guide this planning process and that the service can be constructed in a way that facilitates vulnerability, authentic relationships and worship, and community service. Tim has several ideas, but he also wants to allow the group to share ideas to develop a common vision.
